Common Admission Test (CAT) – This is largest common entrance test for MBA in our country. IIM (Indian Institute of Management) is the first college that conducted & organized CAT to select the best deserving students for
MBA admission. At present, over twenty IIMs management colleges and various other institutions are using the CAT score to select the appropriate candidates for their MBA program.
Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) – XAT is one of the top entrance tests for MBA. It is a computer based entrance test which is organized by Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur. Every year, over 1 lakh candidates register themselves to appear for the XAT. This test is usually organized on the first Sunday of the year. Over 100 colleges accept the XAT score to choose the best students for the admission. XAT test basically examine the students on the following four points:
• Quantitative Ability,
• Logical Reasoning & English Language,
• GK & Essay and
• Decision Making.
Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) – Every year, over 1.5 lakh students appear for this test. The CMAT test was first conducted in the year 2012. It is second largest MBA entrance test in the country. More than five hundred colleges use the CMAT scores for the admission. The CMAT entrance test is a computer based examination which is based on the following four points:
• Quantitative technique,
• Logical Reasoning,
• Language comprehensive,
• General awareness.
Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) – SNAP is a national level entrance test which is organized by Symbiosis International University. 15 colleges of Symbiosis University accept the SNAP scores for the selection of the candidate. SNAP test examine the students based on their General English, Quantitative Ability, Data Sufficiency & Data interruption, GK Current Affairs, Business Scenario and Logical Reasoning & Analytical ability.
NMAT – The NMAT is also known as NMIMS (Entrance test).It is a leading management entrance examination which is conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). It allows you to take admission in the 23 top management colleges.
